GUIDED VISITS OF THE ANSALDO SCALA WORKSHOPS
Behind every theatrical performance is the work of those people who are not applauded. Costumers, scene designers, carpenters, sculptors all work ceaselessly to ensure that the production will be perfect. Our guided tours of the Ansaldo Workshops allow you to explore this hidden world: together with the Theatre, this is the heart of every one of La Scala’s productions.
A programme of guided visits open to the public where there is the possibility to know the behind the scenes of every show: a service available only by reservation handled by specialized guides in collaboration with the department heads of the laboratories. The tours pass by the Pavilion Benois and the Pavilion Caramba where there is the possibility to see the Warehouse of the Costumes.
